Dublin is the capital and largest city of Ireland. Dublin is located near the midpoint of Ireland’ east coast at the mouth of river Liffey and at the center of the Dublin region. Dublin is the primary city for most of the history of Ireland since medieval times. It has one of the fastest growing populations of any European capital. Dublin is the economical, cultural and administrative center for the island of Ireland.

Dublin has the world famous literary history. Dublin is the birthplace of many of the Nobel Laureates and writers including George Bernard Shaw, Samuel Beckett, William Butler Yeats, Oscar Wilde, Jonathan Swift and Bram Stoker. Ireland’ largest libraries and literary museums such as National print Museum of Ireland and National Library of Ireland are situated in Dublin. The city houses several well-known theaters such as the Gaiety, the Abbey, the Olympia and the Gate, which host a variety of musical programs, dancing, live Orchestra, dramas and films. Dublin is the focal point of majority of Irish artistic scene. There are several art galleries including the Irish Museum of Modern Art, the National Gallery, The City Arts Center, Hugh Lane Municipal Gallery and The project Arts Center. With a vibrant nightlife and more than half the population being younger than 25-years age, Dublin has become famous as the most youthful cities in Europe.
