As per various surveys and studies on quality of life and quality of living, Toronto remains as one of the most livable cities in the world. Climate of Toronto is humid continental climate. Due to its close proximity to Lake Ontario, its climate is moderate in comparison to the overall climate of Canada. Summers are warm and humid and winters are cold.
