Prague is the capital and largest city of Czech Republic. Prague is the official cultural, economic and administrative center of Czech State for more than 1100 years. Population of city is 1.2 million and that of metropolitan area is 1.9 million. Since 1992, Prague has been designated as UNESCO World Heritage Site. As per the Guinness Book of World records , Prague Castle is the largest ancient castle in the world. Prague is also known as ‘City of Hundred Spires‘, ‘The Golden City’ and ‘The Mother of Cities’.

After the fall of Iron Curtain, Prague has become of the most preferred tourist destination for European and other international travelers. It is the sixth most visited city after London, Paris, Rome, Madrid and Berlin. Since Prague suffered considerably less damage during WWII than some of the other major cities in the region, most of its historic architecture has remained true to form. Prague houses one of the world’ most pristine and varied collection of architecture including Renaissance Gothic, Neo-Classical and ultra-modern. Capital and largest city of Finland, Helsinki is located in the southern part of Finland, on the shores of the Gulf of Finland. With a population of around 575,000, helsinki is the most populous municipality in Finland. Fireign-born population of Helsinki stands at 10%. Helsinki along with the neighboring cities of Vantaa, Espoo and Kauniainen constitues the capital region, which has about 1 million inhabitants. Helsinki is spread across a nmber of bays and peninsulas and over a number of islands. The city has a temperate continental climate, with maximum summer temperature of around 20 Celsius during June to August and with maximum winter temperature of around -5 Celsius during January and February. Helsinki is famous for its architecture, most notable being its numerous Art Nouveau buildings designed in the early 1900s. National Museum of Finland is the largest museum in Helsinki, which displays a vast historical collection prehistoric times to 21st century. With its romantic style neo-medieval castle, the museum building itself is a major tourist attraction.
